By downloading or using Classical Astronomy and Astrology, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Classical Astronomy and Astrology is an application presenting a classical, geocentric model of the sky and a classical astrology system, including a sky simulation, chart calculation, and interpretive readings based on classical sources. Some features are free; others may require payment.
The app is intended for adults. By using it you confirm you are old enough to form a binding agreement in your jurisdiction and to agree to these Terms.
Some features of the app may require payment. Any paid features are processed through Google Play under Google’s own terms. The price and billing arrangement for each paid feature are shown at the point of purchase before you buy.
Payments, renewals (if applicable), and refunds are handled by Google Play. Refund eligibility is governed by Google Play’s policies and applicable law. You can manage payment methods and any recurring purchases through your Google Play account settings.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for your own non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
The app, its software, its design, and its interpretive dataset and written content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. The underlying classical sources (such as Ptolemy’s Tetrabiblos and Almagest) are historical works; our particular implementation, dataset, wording, and presentation are our own and may not be copied, extracted, redistributed, reverse-engineered, or used to build a competing product, except as permitted by law.
You keep ownership of the birth details and any content you enter.

Classical Astronomy and Astrology presents astrology grounded in classical sources, for interest, education, and reflection. It is provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. It is not professional advice and must not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. In particular, the app does not provide medical, psychological, financial, legal, or other professional advice, and you should not make medical, financial, legal, or other significant decisions based on its content. Always seek a suitable qualified professional for such matters.
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any calculation or interpretation is accurate or complete.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the app. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Our Privacy Policy explains what information the app handles and how. By using the app, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may update these Terms as the app evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or use the app unlawfully. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING JURISDICTION], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of [GOVERNING JURISDICTION] will have jurisdiction, except where mandatory local consumer-protection law gives you other rights.
